Daphne Glenne (born Dorothy Cornelius) was a chorister with the D'Oyly Carte Opera Company at the Savoy for the Second London Repertory Season (December 1906-August 1907). She appeared as Fleta in Iolanthe for one matinee performance in July.

Miss Glenne was later the second of three Lady Augustas in the musical play The Dollar Princess in London (Daly's, 1909-10), and appeared as Princess Mathilde in The Quaker Girl in New York (Park, 1911-12).
